Cancellation & Refund Policy

At T.W.I.C.E. Educational Services, Inc. we have a high level of commitment to rendering quality CE services to our customers.  As a result we incur costs for holding a registration spot for an individual that must be paid whether the individual shows up or not. 

Vendors we contract with require payment with no refund to us if cancellations occur within a particular timeframe.  Therefore, we ask attendees to hold a similar commitment in their registration and attendance.  While we understand that unfortunate circumstances may occur that may cause a registrant to be unable to attend, we are still required to pay costs for that registrant. 

Therefore, T.W.I.C.E. Educational Services, Inc.'s cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
 
All cancellations must be made in writing (letter or email) and must be postmarked 14 days prior to the date of the course to receive a refund.
